Here is the new, unique ReadyClim refrigeration connection system, which revolutionizes the installation of dual-block domestic air conditioning devices (comprising an outdoor unit and an indoor unit with a low gas charge). This new system, certified and patented, is simple, only 4 nuts to tighten, quick and secure. It allows individuals to install air conditioning kits sold in DIY stores themselves.

A 100% secure system

The innovative nature of the Airton ReadyClim connection system lies in the design of its mechanism and assembly process.It excludes any risk of accidental gas dispersion, even small, including when this operation is carried out by a person not possessing any qualifications. The ReadyClim system therefore constitutes a remarkable advance compared to other systems available on the market.

In fact, until now, there were two techniques for installing domestic air conditioners: either charging the gas at the place of commissioning; or, in the case of elements pre-charged in the factory, the use of "quick lever couplers", which always let out a small amount of gas, whether by negligence, mishandling or necessity, including in the case of an operation carried out by professional refrigeration engineers.

Research & Development

Developing this new connection system required several years of research and several million euros of investment.It was the subject of a patent filing on November 7, 2006 and a publication on April 17 2009 by the INPI. The European patent was granted on May 19, 2010. A new European patent was awarded on August 16, 2012 (READY SPRING), finally a French patent on February 19, 2015 (READY CLIM ANTI). Airton has perfected its refrigeration connection connection system to make it non-dismountable. This connection system has precisely passed all the tests, carried out with constraints four times greater than those recommended by the standard in force .These controls are regularly verified and validated by qualified independent international control organizations (SGS, INTERTEK, CETIM).

With this ReadyClim connection you can connect an additional 4 meter or 6 meter connection using a union connector kit. We recommend not exceeding 12 meters of connection, otherwise you will be obliged to add gas.
